  • 2 carpeted queen bedrooms upstairs with an A-frame roof line.

    Each room comes equipped with a queen doona, pillows, and a blanket.

5 Double bedrooms + a single loft

  • 5 double bedrooms downstairs - each radiating off the main living room and fireplace. Each has a single loft bed, so sleeps 3 per room. Each room comes with a double doona, 2 pillows and a blanket, as well as a single doona and pillow for the loft bed. Each of the double rooms has a skylight with shutter and an outdoor opening door wih flywire.

Upstairs living / tv room

  • Large tv, free-to-air tv only, DVD player and hard drive with movies, couches , coffee table and bean bag.

    Amazing sunrise out of the A-frame windows - and whale and bird watching at the right time of year.

Main living room

  • Situated in the centre of the house - the main living room offers 2 x 3.5-seater couches, 2x 1.5 seater couches, coffee table and a small free-to-air only TV (USB enabled). With a gorgeous cast iron open/close wood fireplace - plenty of cushions and throws - this is is the coziest place in the house.

Inside Dining

  • The hand made indoor dining table is designed for 14 adults. Situated in an all glass dining room - the dining room boasts some of the best views in the house.

Outdoor dining

  • The hand made outdoor timber dining table is designed for 14 adults. The table is situated on a brick verandah under the shelter of the roof. Also has a light and BBQ.

Kitchen

  • A well equipped kitchen: all the pots, pans and utensils you could need. Crockery and glassware for all your group. 2 large fridges, both with freezers. A dishwasher, microwave, stovetop expresso coffee pots. We provide tea towels, dish washing sponges, liquid and powder. Beautiful bluestone and timber benches and cupboards. And a lovely island and stools for company, nibbles and wine while you cook.

Bathroom 1 and separate toilet

  • This bathroom has a shower and a basin vanity. There is a separate toilet next door also. Our newly renovated bathrooms feature bluestone benchtops with hand crafted wall hung vanities, porcelain tiled wet areas and our gorgeous South American slate tiled flooring.

    Bathrooms come with soap, hand towels and bath matts. rWe also provide a couple of days (4rolls total) of toilet paper - you may need to bring more.

Bathroom 2

  • This bathroom contains a large bath with a shower. Also a seond toilet and basin vanity Our newly renovated bathrooms feature bluestone benchtops with hand crafted wall hung vanities, porcelain tiled wet areas and our gorgeous South American slate tiled flooring.

    Bathrooms come with soap, hand towels and bath matts. We also provide a couple of days (4rolls total) of toilet paper - you may need to bring more.

Laundry, Linen & bedding

There is a laundry available for guests with a washing machine and laundry basin. Please bring your own laundry powder.

We provide bath mats, hand towels and tea towels. We also provide doonas and pillows for the 12 beds, with spare blankets. We can provide bed linen and bath towels at an extra cost - however we do not provide linen for standard booking as resources are limited in this remote location. Please note; you will need to bring bath and beach towels, pillow cases and sheets.

Kitchen, bathrooms & supplies

Our kitchen is very well equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils you should need. We provide stovetop coffee pots for expresso - enough for a large group. We have a dishwasher, microwave and a 90cm gas oven and stove.

In the bathrooms we provide hand soap, body soap and a couple of days worth of toilet paper - please bring enough for your stay. We do not supply shampoo or conditioner.

We provide dish washing soap, dishwasher powder, sponges and all the cookware and kitchen utensils you could need (we hope).

We also have a BBQ and satellite NBN.
